Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on tissue, sanitary, and consumable products.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Photo evidence may be required to process your claim.

Return Process
