Returns & Refund Policy
At Your Choice Tissue Supplies, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our policy is designed to be fair and fully compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change of Mind Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind:
- Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition. Due to the hygienic nature of tissue products, we cannot accept returns for opened packs.
- Exclusions: Sale items or custom bulk orders are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee may apply to large bulk orders.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected:
- Report it: Contact us at admin@yourchoicetissuesupplies.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos of the fault or damage.
- Remedy: We will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping costs) for any “major failure” as defined by the ACL.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
